Return on Investment 2000-2009

So many people say to me, "I thought real estate was a good investment?"  Then they proceed to tell me that their house is not worth as much as they paid for it a few years ago.  Well.....If they would have had that same money in the stock market over the last decade look at what their return would have been then?    Real Estate is still the best investment!
