What's Going on with Foreclosures?

Unfortunately, Foreclosures and Short sales will still be a significate part of the 2010 housing market. 

The Chart below shows how many people were in the process of foreclosure or were behind on their payments the 2nd Qtr of 2009.  Most of those who missed payments will be in forclosure or selling short in 2010! 

The next two maps show the areas with the most deliquent mortgages.
